Your booking page is reached through a private link that does not need a password. Anyone who has the link can open it and see your name, event details, venue, prices and payment status. Please do not post or forward the link to people you do not trust. If you think your link has been exposed, contact us and we will help.

Payment proofs are stored in a private folder on our server that cannot be opened directly from the internet; files have random names and are opened only by our logged-in administrators through a secure link. We use reasonable security measures, including HTTPS, private storage for uploaded files, limits on repeated requests, spam protection, randomised booking links, and access only for authorised administrators. Our admin app needs a private key, can be switched off for a lost device, and offers an optional PIN. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we act quickly to address problems and will tell you and the authorities where the law requires.
